The scale itself is great for our pediatric practice. We needed the ability to have the seat face different directions as the locations for the two scales were different. The only problem was the fact the screws sent to attach the seat were incorrect. The thread and length for eight of them wrong and we had to go to a hardware store to purchase the correct one. In fairness to the company, we did not notify them, choosing to correct the problem ourselves in the interest of time.
