Terrible product. It does not have a zipper and has a 14-inch depth. Not as described on the website at all. Further because it is a fitted cover - not a zipped one - it has side pieces. These are flimsy and cheap. The cost of $63.++ is an amazing rip-off. Further I have been trying to get Wayfair to allow a return and have so far had no luck.

I bought this mattress pad so I could make my mattress just slightly more soft to lay on. My firm mattress with this mattress pad is the perfect comfort level! I love that it stays in place on my mattress and doesn't bunch up. I also really like that it's machine washable.
