[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not usually a girly girl or fan of pink, but I actually love the look of my Hotel Stripe Leopard Bows bed-in-a-bag from Juicy Couture! I like the various patterns on the included pieces: 2 pink shams and comforter with bows; 2 standard pillow cases, fitted sheet, and flat sheet with little “juicy” words all over; and a square pink pillow with a leopard print “Juicy”. Having everything included in one bag makes it so easy to create a coordinated look, but these pieces would also be great for mixing and matching; although not advertised, the comforter could be reversed and flipped over for a plain pink look. I have a deep full size mattress, so I was a little worried the full/queen size would be too big, but they actually fit perfectly! The fitted sheet stretches and tucks under the corners nicely and stays in place, even with my tossing and turning at night, and the flat sheet and comforter hang over the sides just enough without pooling on the floor. The sheet material is very light and smooth, perfect for warm summer nights; the comforter is thick and a bit heavy, keeping me warm and cozy, almost like a weighted blanket. I do wish it was a bit softer, as it is pretty crisp, reminding me of hotel linens, but it is still comfortable to wrap up in. However, the material is quite wrinkly, even after washing, so don’t expect a completely smooth look unless you want to take the time to iron the sheets; for me, I like a bit of a lived-in look, so it doesn’t bother me too much. The sheets seem like they will hold up well, as I’ve already washed them twice and they still look brand new; I have a large washer without an agitator, and I was able to fit all pieces in at once, washing on gentle with warm water. I would definitely purchase more colorways from Juicy’s Bed in a Bag collection, especially if they came in different fabrics, like microfiber and flannel.
