Took 3 weeks to get these. The shipment was delayed and customer service had to investigate. Pillows are ok. Softer than expected.

I did purchase these illusion serial pillows at TJmaxx and loved them and wanted 2 more, but they had no more. I found them on wayfair and although they are the same pillow they seemed softer than my original ones. If you like softer pillows you may love these. I like the hybrid fill, the pillows bounce back to original shape and easy to fluff back into shape.

Very comfortable pillows and they haven’t gone flat, but they are somewhat heavy and it’s a little difficult to change the pillow cases. My husband thinks they are among the best pillows we’ve ever had (over 45 years).
