This mattress is exactly what I needed! I moved into a furnished apartment with a very soft mattress. One night on this firm mattress and my back already feels so much better. I slept like a rock. It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. Overall the mattress isn't bad. Right now we are using the softer side but it's still pretty firm. It's supposed to be so that you can't feel your partner move but that's not the case at all.
