A little lightweight feeling (but probably better that it isn't too heavy with the anchoring and connections being a bit iffy). We were able to saw through the ceiling pipe ourselves with very little effort and the right plumbers pipe saw from the hardware store. Took a laser level and some serious time to mount properly. As other reviews on here and the other color/finish listings (for the same model) have suggested, would benefit from gluing the connection pieces in place. ALSO (and this is huge) the wall brackets are shown mounted horizontally (9 and 3 o'clock) in these photos and on the minimal instructions included, BUT should actually be mounted vertically (12 and 6 o'clock) to line up with the screw holes on the ring portion.
