I absolutely recommend this oil filter for small kitchens and smaller work space area's. I just received it and have only used it twice and we have already saved time cleaning the fryers and $ on oil.

We love this machine! it arrived in 3 days after ordering, well packaged, ready to use right out of the crate. Easy to use, easy to change filters. We've been changing our fryer oil old school. cold, drained into buckets and carried outside by hand. NO MORE! I can change/filter BOTH fryers and have everything buttoned up and put away in 25 minutes. If you have a restaurant you NEED this machine! Its affordable, saves you a ton of time and your fry oil expense will be cut in half!

Don't spend thousands more on one of the mainstream brands, this unit does the exact same job at a fraction of the cost. The included instructions are pretty worthless but the unit is easy to figure out. I've noticed a drastic improvement in the quality of my fry oil since purchasing this filter unit.
