The good Very nice looking piece and was initially delivered quickly. Fireplace is awesome. Still figuring out an easy way to use the manual controls in case something happens to the remote (they dont appear unless touched, which is kinda cool but you have to touch the right spot). The not-so-good While not super difficult to put together, definitely need 2 people. Istructions could be clearer. Tip- Dont use credenza instructions for removing fireplace front glass. They arent clear. The picture looks like you remove 2 screws on top, thats not correct. Use instructions that come with the fireplace itself. 2 days after putting it together, one of the legs broke. We have an extended warranty, but a very nice rep at Wayfair said for 1st year, its under Wayfairs warranty. We ordered a replacement frame. (Not looking forward to dismantling the entire piece because that leg is literally step 1.) Overnight, I received 3 emails saying my order was canceled, then 1 email saying a replacement order was placed. I called and was told they are sending an entire new credenza, including fireplace. The brown was out of stock, so theyre sending black. The replacement order was originally placed 415 and updated with new replacement 416. Its 52, and so far, it hasnt even shipped yet. Thankfully, we have not taken the original apart yet because we need something there, and were hoping that the single damaged leg isnt enough for the pice to fall over. TV is on the wall, so nothing really heavy is on the credenza. Initially, we were happy with this piece, but that leg shouldnt have broken so easily. Also initially happy with the service, but not anymore. This long wait for replacement is ridiculous.

It looks great and my cat loves it. Instructions were ok. I had to turn a few pieces around as it wasn't always clear which direction a piece should go in but I figured it all out.
