I was very disappointed in the assemble that the technician performed. He was very unprofessional. He left screws all over the floor. Left the open package with boxes scattered everywhere in the room and a lot of screws were missing from parts that he should’ve put them in and he was in such a rush to leave. I will never recommend him to go fix anybody’s assembly. .

This is a great trundle bed and design is definitely over constructed capable of commercial use. We bought this bed for the times when our grandsons sleep over they think that it is really cool. Bed assembly does make it easier using 2 people, especially when inserting the slats. On the slats that are bolted screw only 2 or 3 threads attaching to one rail then insert the floating slats into same rail. Next start at one end of the other rail and feed the remaining slats to their respective holes. You may want to insert bolts a couple threads to keep assembly together as you make your way down. Finger tighten all bolts when all slats are in. For the long trundle rails, make sure that you have the sockets for the casters on the same side during assembly.
