This is the perfect ottoman for my closet. I wanted something that was very easy to assemble. All you have to do is attach the legs. It also holds a lot of weight. I believe it’s up to 400 pounds so I don’t have to worry about who sits on it. It’s very sturdy and well-made. I went with the tan and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

First item arrived with a damaged tray surface that had a few permanent scratches, a couple of which were very visible. Submitted a support case with Wayfair which contained photo of damage, and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer was timely in their responses and initially offered a 20% refund. I in turn asked for a new item to be shipped, as Wayfair themselves do so for items damaged upon arrival, and the manufacturer agreed. There was a back and forth as well as confusion about the second item being sent and being able to track it with a link the manufacturer sent, but ultimately the second item arrived in a timely fashion and was in mint condition. The product itself is great and as expected, but this review is also five stars for the manufacturer as well as the product

Overall I’m pleased. This is decent quality for the price. However I simply cannot stand the feet. They cheapen the design and I’m looking for replacement feet.
