This was a temporary solution for lounging while waiting 5 weeks for a couch delivery. This lounger is great! I got the cream color and all that had to be done unpackage (it is heavy), then cut through the vacuum sealed bag and BOOM it immediately went to almost full size a 20" seat height, and the arm rest is firm and right now 23" high, amazing. On top of the base, it has two removeable full-sized cushions one firm and one soft like a topper and they can be interchanged. It looks just like the picture. it is not wobbly or leaning weird in any way. I don't know what I will do with it after the sofa comes, but it would be perfect in a playroom or bedroom. Once expanded, it CAN NOT be 'undone' there's no putting this cat bag in the bag!' perfect solution for me!
