I have submit 4 unanswered claims in on this couch. My 80 pound child sat on it once and the button went into the sofa. I have never filled out a poor review ever and I’m in love with these couches. I bought two. I just want a resolution.

Love this sofa. I purchased additional footing from Lowe’s to raise it up three or 4 inches and it is absolutely gorgeous. It cleans up well with a damp cloth.
