First impressions speak volumes. Upon delivery, the box was ripped and wrapped in multiple layers of tape. I could see where a mailing label was cut off the box and my address label was placed elsewhere on the box. When I opened the box, there was no secure packaging included. All the pieces were loose plus there was no written assembly instructions. I saw some screws were already in some holes, a piece was bent with multiple scratched up paint areas. One of the wheel spokes was broken. Obviously, I received a returned/damaged item. Weighing the pros and cons of me returning this item, it would probably prove to be more of a hassle to attempt to return. I asked a relative to try his best to repair/fix. It now looks similar to the advertisement. This was probably a rare occurrence, but to think I received damaged goods is somewhat unsettling and makes me weary to make future purchases from this site.

Very Small not worth the money. Too much hassle to return so Ikept for succulents, but not what I had hoped for it all.

The plant stand is so beautiful. I have gotten so many compliments on it. It looks great in my living room.

Missing bolt, hassle with customer service. Took over 40 minutes. wayfair quality is NOT there anymore. Gave me $7 refund to go buy my own bolt.
