The quality of the materials seems good. I think this chair might be okay for a smaller person. I am a 5’9” female and the chair is just too short in seat height and depth. The headrest has needs more filling. I am returning the chair.

Comfortable chair, quality construction

Sturdy, solid wood chair, leather feels nice. Seat sits a bit higher than other similar chairs. The seat padding is firm, however it is comfortable in the reclining position.

We haven't been able to put our recliner together because there was a chip in the wooden arm. They said they would replace it. It was at first to arrive on September 29th but they changed that date to September 16th but it still isn't here. We're glad they're replacing it but wish it would have been replaced sooner.

I am disappointed in the color of the wood on this chair. It is not “dark wood” as indicated in the specifications. Rather, it is more of a caramel colored wood. Much lighter and yellower than pictured.
