It's cheap. Feels cheap and not that comfortable to sit in because it's so small. I add pillows to the back and for the head. I have a small area for a couch and this does the trick but I've had it for a year and it's too late to return. My initial reaction was to return it but I gave it a shot and it's just too cheap. I will be replacing it for no other reason that it's just uncomfortable and cheap.

Returned the Navy Loveseat. Quality was bad! Was made very CHEAP! I paid to have Fed Ex pick up and return. Was upset what I had to pay to have it returned! I have bought from Wayfair before and never had a problem with quality of a product till now!

The chairs had to have the medal pieces that connect the chairs together was upside down. There were 5 holes missing to put legs on with screws. My husband had to redo the work. Would have sent back as so frustrated but too much trouble. We severe some reimbursement for our trouble.

Not a bad couch at all pretty comfortable and the ottoman is awesome, it has a fairly good design and pretty good quality all together

Just as described comfortable, soft, my grandkids love the deep console that holds all there snacks and the cup holders are a plus!
