Pros - the chair is well made, is exactly as it appears online and the cushions are comfortable. Cons - this was difficult to put together and the instructions provided are not always clear. The way this is shipped makes it impossible to return once it's taken out of the box as the cushions are vacuum packed and stuffed inside the base of the chair and the ottoman for shipping. The boxes you get are labeled A and C, I assume you get box B when ordering the couch so don't wait for box B before opening anything like I did. The instructions are also for a 3-section couch rather that the chair so you have to deduce how to put the chair together from the instructions provided. There is also not any back support so I had to get another pillow to put behind my back. If this was easy to return, I would return it.
