The bed was great for exactly 1 year. It got normal wear and tear for a 4 year old meaning he occasionally jumped on it and us as parents would lay down with him for 30 minutes and read a book. The frame split in two right in the middle.

Beautiful, but broke after 6 months… sad (

It's a beautiful bed and was for our guest room, which was only slept in maybe 20 times over the past year. It just broke, snapped on the side completely where two pieces of wood come together. It's extremely disappointing as the amount of use it's gotten is minimal.

To expensive for it to last less than a year.

I love love love this bed. Very sturdy, solid wood. Just beautiful. I ordered the white but read the reviews prior to ordering and it really is a light gray but light gray worked better than white for me. It was a pain to put together due to useless directions but luckily my husband is handy but still took him 4 hours to put the first one together. I bought 2. The second one was much easier.
