Color and texture are accurate. Lightweight, very nice piece that I will keep! It's smaller and shorter than expected, it's exactly the seat height of my couch. My knocks are because the lid has no silicone gasket the lid can come off easily. Because this is so portable and lightweight, no weighted bottom, this can get bumped by pets, so whatever is contained could easily fall out because the lid is just placed and not secure.

It is perfect as an accent piece in my remodeled family room! The color is exactly as I anticipated.
