Delivery guys were amazing. I have a very awkward staircase and between them and myself we figured it out and got it into my space. Roberto and his assistant deserve all the praise.

the communication between wayfair/delivery team was not the best but, I'm not reviewing that here. The couch is soft to the touch, supportive & overall-exactly what we were looking for! I was extremely hesitant to purchase a couch online without being able to sit in it but thanks to many reviews, we're extremely pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend this couch-you won't be dissappointed!
