This Jamal chair is like sitting on a park bench - hard as a rock. The picture of it here is how it I expected it to look. The Jamal couch and chair are a dark green. The Jumal chair pictured and other pictures of the couch show a much lighter shade of green and what I expected. The chair and other pictures of the couch must have been photographed in very bright lighting. You can see the planks underneath the seat cushion when looking at it from a distance. I would return both items however Wayfair shipped via FedEx and FedEx delivered it to another address. The picture proof of delivery was definitely not my condo. I tried for 3 days to get it delivered to my condo. FedEx did not return my contact for over 3 days. A neighbor saw the address label on the boxes and found my condo and I reported the address the packages were delivered to. I let FedEx know where the packages were, meanwhile it poured rain (3 showers) and my packages got wet. After over 3 days of FedEx ignoring me, I had to pay $270 to another vendor to redeliver it to my house. FedEx, I assume gets paid by Wayfair. So, my boxes were soaking wet, the furniture was in plastic so no damage there, but now I can't return the items since the boxes were falling apart. FedEx sent over 12 e-mail notifications after almost 4 days saying they had exhausted their efforts in finding my order, continued to get my name wrong and then closed the case.
