Someone set a beer can down for a few seconds without a coaster (so I can accept fault in the ring) but when I wiped the condensation when I removed the can, it took all the finish right off! Its also such soft wood that I was able to scratch it with my fingernail taking it out of the box. Would NOT recommend.
