Fauteuil inclinable manuel oscillant en cuir véritable de 30,5 po Anouschka (Ensemble de 2)

Chair doesn’t want to close once reclined.

Nice recliner. Attractive.I received it nine days ago. I was impressed with it until I tried to get out of the chair. I’m 75 and have two bone on bone knees that are awaiting surgery. I could not get the footrest down. I had to physically climb out of the chair. This was upsetting and dangerous. I contacted Wayfair and was told I could return it. I hired a handyman to rebox it for FedEx pickup. I was charged 97 to return a chair that I had had two days and was in pristine condition. I called Wayfair the next day and explained what happened. I was told that they would turn the 97 charges over to the finance department. I called again this morning to see what the decision was. I was told that the finance department refused to cancel the 97 fee. But, I was offered a 10 coupon on a future purchase. I have always been pleased with my purchases from Birch Lane and Wayfair. But, due to this incident I will not ever make another purchase again. So, here is the condensed version….I’m out 97 to WayfairFedex80 to the handyman who assembled it and disassembled it,8 in postal tape and I have no recliner.

Bought 4 chairs in turquoise and I am very happy about it because the chairs sold out!! Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Great buy!!

Took me 30 min to put this together on my own. The color is beautiful and they are comfortable. Nothing was damaged and it was well packaged.

This is a fabulous looking chair! Just bought two in the navy color. Price was very fair. Love all the functionality of this chair and easy use reclining mechanism. Delivery was fast and they came well packaged.
