Disappointed, but functions as expected. We were very excited to get this island and free up some cupboard space. It's acceptable, but we'll likely end up upgrading sooner than anticipated.

Pros:
Function = as expected and consistent with pics/description.
Assembly = easy. My husband has put many pieces of Wayfair (and other brand) furniture together and this was simple and fast.
Appearance = average although it does look a little on the cheap side.
Size = as expected, works well in our space. Longer, narrower, and higher than our previous island which opens up space and makes the island more user friendly.
Cons:
Stability = poor. Island is in our kitchen on flat, plank flooring, but is unstable/tippy. My husband had to put felt pads under the corners so it would sit even.
Knobs = 1 was missing. Also, they are gold, cheap looking. We upgraded to knobs from Menards. Add minimum $10/7 knobs.
Brace color = the braces on the top extension are white which is the only thing on the Island that's white. Black would make them blend with the rest of the piece. Screw holes = did not come with stickers or plastic plugs. Every other piece of furniture we've ordered from Fairway comes with colored stickers or plastic plugs to cover the screw holes. This one did not. We're now having to find black furniture filler to cover them.
We didn't use the plastic, angled parts used to brace the back. They are clear (we've received black for other Wayfair pieces), but my husband uses wood glue on all the furniture which provides more stability.
Bottom line = this piece will work, was affordable (on sale), and is easy to assemble, but not the quality is not what we expected. The most disappointing thing is the lack of stability.
