This couch is exactly what we were looking for. With 5 power reclining sections, cloth, and it being gray in color, it was really a great price compared to others that we looked at with the same options. I also love that it is modular, so we can rearrange the sections in any configuration we'd like if we put it somewhere else in the future. As for the cushion, this couch is on the firmer side, but that is what we were looking for. The delivery went smoothly, the installation was quick, nothing was missing or damaged.

The couch is perfect for my living room. All pieces came on the same day and was set up for me. Great communication with the delivery driver throughout the day as well.
