The couch is way shorter and flatter than advertised. It basically sits on the floor. Looks more like an oversize dog bed than something that a human would sit on. It’s impossible to sit down because it’s too low to the ground.

I ordered the Swivel Barrel Upholstered Chair expecting a structured, upholstered swivel chair as shown in the product photos. What arrived was completely different: it came vacuum-sealed in a bag, made only of foam with a slipcover zipped over it. It has no swivel base, no legs, and no internal structure, so it does not function as a chair as advertised. The quality is extremely poor and it looks nothing like the listing photos. This is not a matter of preference—the product is misleadingly described and unusable in its current form. It also cannot be repackaged as it arrived vacuum-compressed.
