We had a small cut on the arm of one chair and an abrasion on the other, but the Furniture Solutions representative resolved them fairly well. Wayfair also helped us resolve the problem. The chairs themselves are perfect for our small space. They are electric recliners and recline fairly close to the wall. Perfect in every way. Thank you, Wayfair!

Beautiful chair to look at, however it is quite firm and not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Delivery was quick and chair is perfect for my space.

We opened the boxes as we purchased 2 for our den to watch TV together. We are having a new house built and the new move-in date is April 4th. The color grey was a little darker than we expected compared to the picture and maybe out in the open they will look lighter under the light but as long as its grey and works well and holds up we will be fine. Wife mainly picked these based on the looks of the pictures and said its a good brand name. Maybe more later once we put them together and sit in them and relax.
