We love our chaise! Perfect addition to my officelibrary. It was easy to put together and the storage inside is so handy. I was able to fit a few blankets in it!

The instruction sheet for how to connect the back and side arm could be better worded in order to understand. I did finally get it done but it took the brain of someone else to understand the picture/diagram. Otherwise, it's soft and not old-school velvet, and doesn't look like an under $200 item. It's sturdy and a little heavy so not plyboard. The size is perfect for me as a small person and for the little nook I bought it for. Have only sat on it a couple of times but the cushion seems firm and doesn't appear that it will be sagging anytime soon!
