Il est magnifique et très bien fait, même si le montage est assez long ça en vaut la peine.

My long tale of woes: The bed delivery was delayed by several days (the crew who delivered it inside my door were great ). Assembly by a professional and myself took about 4 hrs. Instructions are just photos & confusing at times. Several parts were misaligned, preventing the bed from closing smoothly & properly. I contacted the customer service department at the manufacturer (or importer?) twice before I got a response. They asked for a lot of information & photos. I sent them. I waited several days for a response. Then I got another email requesting that the photos I sent be in a different format (this was never included in the original email) and that I needed to send some product identification that wad on a sticker somewhere on the bed!! I replied that the bed was already assembled and I couldn’t find the sticker. They replied that I could take a photo of the front page of the instruction booklet (which I ALREADY sent!!). I just resent EVERYTHING & am waiting for a response. Long story…but I don’t recommend this bed due to the poor customer service from the manufacturer.
