The good: This is a very inexpensive Murphy bed, and once you overlook the imperfections, it looks good. The bad and the ugly: Of all the dozens of products I bought on Wayfair over the years, this has by far the worst quality. In addition, the product is much smaller than the advertised dimensions. See the picture where I marked the floor with blue tape based on the specifications versus the actual size. This is a full-size at best, not a queen-size bed as erroneously advertised. Many of the components arrived damaged. Not only was the fake wood damaged, but even the metal rails were defective, causing frustration, troubleshooting, and additional time to disassemble and fix. In some components, the mounting holes were missing, forcing me to calculate the bracket hole positions and drill them myself. The assembly instructions are trash. Many key assembly points are unclear, including hinge positions. The inadequate instructions led to tremendous frustration when assembling this piece. The holes in the hinges "I" are larger than the mounting screws "J," and key pieces fall apart after assembly due to this error, again forcing us to disassemble everything, go buy and add washers to make up for this poorly engineered piece of junk. The ONLY reason I am not returning this is because it is already assembled, and returning would mean taking it all apart, repackaging it, and going through the cumbersome return process.

It all showed up at the same time that was really nice. It did take awhile to put together for one person but the directions were very detailed and were great it works amazingly. The only things were some of the pre drilled holes were covered I had to uncover that was all. all the parts were there and went together fine

The quality is great. Assembly was a bit complicated.

I order a few items every thing was fine until getting my Murphy Bed was a problem didn’t send the all the parts and hardware parts and the instructions the have to wait 2 more weeks for it

Fantastic once it's finished, but holy cow is this a tedious build.... Also multiple pieces did not line up properly and adjustments had to be made so be prepared to do so. Nothing big, but because this is a tedious build, when this happens it kills your momentum in finishing this project. Also, you may want to get better screws, I did because about half the screws just wouldn't tighten enough for me. Other than these speed bumps, I am really pleased with the finished product and would recommend it to others.
