Beautiful futon. A bit stiff though. I put it together by myself in about an hour.

Perfect for the office piece I was looking for! Color is GREAT! Husband assisted when a two-person lift was needed a few times, but the rest was easy to put together.

Love the color and firmness for additional sleeping space for guests. Unlike a futon that the frame can be felt through the mattress, this is thick and firm. A mattress topper would help since this is just a little too firm to sleep on. I love the color and overall look. It’s not the most plush sofa and is smaller however it fits my small apartment well. The back has three recline modes. I found the second one makes a significant difference how comfortable the couch is. I only gave it 4 stars because each of the arms had small puncture marks. It seemed to be packaged well so I’m not sure why there are holes in the fabric. Overall I am very pleased and do recommend this couch.

The sofa arrived as scheduled in one box. The delivery man took it off the truck where he was parked in the driveway and left it there. I borrowed a dolly and moved it inside my garage. Box had 2 holes in it. With my neighbor's helped moved the box down to my gameroom, I opened it and started taking out the parts zipped inside the sofa bottom as the seat portions arrive folded in towards each other. Legs were there but the board that had all the where all the bolts/screws etc had been opened and I was missing 3 of the bolts to attach the arms. I called Wayfair CS who told me I had to contact the manufacturer. I did that and was told they would send out the missing parts and it could take up to 2 weeks which wasn't convenient since I already had the box opened and the pieces laid across the floor. I turned the sofa over now that all the parts were out of the bottom and unfolded it. I noticed a big dirt/grease mark that looked like someone dragged something across it and spilled something on it. In the meantime Wayfair CS sent me an email to make sure the missing parts were being handled. I responded and added about the grease mark and included picture. Wayfair CS responded and apologized then said they could replace it but I would need to rebox the sofa and send it back with a pre-paid label. Rebox a sofa that was so tight inside a box that I had to tear the box because I was afraid a box cutter would cut the sofa. So that box is long gone which leaves me purchasing a box that would easily cost me a quarter of what I paid for the sofa. So once again, you take a HUGE risk purchasing furniture from Wayfair unless you a prepared to be able to reuse a box that 9 times out of 10 is damaged by the time you receive it. Five days and counting sofa is sitting in the middle of my floor. The only good things I can say is the sofa color (light green) is beautiful and Wayfair customer service is fast at sending email responses, even if the response costs the consumer more money to fix the problem.
