UPDATE: I originally rated this purchase a 4 star experience, because there were a couple of hiccups along the way. But now, I am convinced that I will never do business with Wayfair again. I'm extremely disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of resolution to replacing my defective furniture. I've wasted my hard earned money on an eye sore that will sit in my living room for years to come. And I wish I could say that it's at least comfortable, but not even that. If I could, I would give this a negative rating. It looks great! I like that if needed, I can switch the sides and arms out to change the direction of the longshort sides. It’s just a little lighter in color than I anticipated, as it’s more like a milk chocolate, than a dark chocolate (if that makes sense). My only issue is that it was missing one of the throw pillows, for which I will contact Wayfair. I also love the storage component, and I’m looking forward to using the “sleeper” components.

Delivery ripped the arm rest and still haven’t heard back on replacement. Couch is very firm. Love the color and texture
