I love this chair! It took awhile to be available in the color I wanted but once it was, delivery was fairly timely. It's a deep seat but my shorter sister found it just fine for her. My husband and I are tall and it works for us. It's not super soft but I can see enjoying it with a good book. My only complaint and thus 4 stars is that some of the seams are puckered. It probably wouldn't be an issue if they are up against a wall but I have them in the room where the back is presented. I like the chairs enough to live with it but...

Waited forever for this chair and what a disappointment! I got the off white and there were black marks all over it. Legs say metal, but they are plastic!!! Not acceptable especially for this price. Happy with Wayfair CS on resolution.
