Had 2 of these break within a year...same problem with both, the leg rest cable that connects it to the motor snapped so it renders the recliner just a chair. No longer can recline or put my legs up. Very disappointed. After 2 being unfixable, I was given a refund (I smartly purchased the insurance) and basically that was that. I have learned the hard way that most products today are made so poorly, that you pretty much need to buy insurance to protect your investment. Pass on this chair or take a chance and get the insurance plan!

This chair I owned for 6 months. And 2 things have gone wrong. Won the joint for the back to the bottom. What is not assembled, correct at the plant? Cost me $250 to pay somebody to fix it. And then 2 weeks later, it will not recline. Backwards, because the motor is bad. This chair is far from worth the money. I give it no stars. Also, just so you know, there is no warranty. Past 30 days, unless you pay for an extended warranty, nor will the manufacturer. Honor any warranty. That number devil means Christine is not to buy this very expensive chair. Thank you, wayfair, for explaining me. The warranty policy on your company, but I won't need it anymore because that was my last purchase

The chair is working fine. However it showed up in a beaten up box, had a small hole in the pocket, and there are several cracks in the wooden frame.
