The entire delivery was frustrating. One box was delivered before the others. The other boxes were scheduled to be delivered and I received texts throughout the day stating the delivery was on its way until it wasn’t. Another delivery date was scheduled but once delivered, the driver said they didn’t have time allotted to assemble the first box. Seriously, I’m sorry I ever purchased any of it. I was assured, no worries. All would be assembled, when the final delivery arrived. Now, I have to try to assemble the last two chairs. A 73 year old, recent widow with arthritic hands. Yay me. I now noticed one of the chairs your staff assembled is damaged. Really? They didn’t notice this? I want this rectified.

The chairs came in broken and I ordered 2 sets and all four chairs had been damaged the chairs are solid and beautiful but I believe the way they were put in the box from manufacturers is how they became damaged all o did was call wayfair and they sent me out 2 new sets and will see how they come in I will update when we look at the new ones

Love the quality and style of these chairs. They go so well with my antique table!
