I wanted to love these chairs so badly. The shape is beautiful, and the design quality is there, but they definitely aren’t the most comfortable.
However, I really take issue with the title and description claiming the chairs are made with “linen” fabric when every color except the cream option is actually a cheap fake velvet. I figured the photos were a mock-up or design rendering and that the actual fabric would be linen, but no. On top of that, the color is way off. It looks dirty and nowhere near as vibrant as pictured.
When I created a return, I explained all of this as my reason for returning the items. Yet when I went to drop them off, Wayfair had labeled the return as “buyer’s remorse.” That’s actually crazy when the product is mislabeled multiple times, and not a single person acknowledged it after I brought it to their attention.
“Buyer’s remorse” implies the product arrived as described in the title and description, and that the buyer simply regretted the purchase afterward. That’s not what happened here. I was upset because I received a product that looked nothing like what was listed, and customer service didn’t even acknowledge the root issue.
