I had a very disappointing experience with Wayfair, both with the product quality and the customer service. I paid 264 for this product, but the quality was extremely poor, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, the return process turned into a very frustrating and costly experience. I was given the option to return the product to a store in Massachusetts, even though I live in Connecticut. The other option was to pack and return the item through FedEx. Since the product had already been opened, I had to arrange three separate boxes to package it for the return. When I went to FedEx, I was informed that I needed three separate return labels. I had to contact Wayfair customer service again to resolve the issue. I was charged approximately 34 for the packagingshipping, and then another 43 was deducted during the return process. On top of that, I was told that the protection plan was non-refundable, resulting in another loss. In total, I lost approximately 70 while dealing with an extremely inconvenient and frustrating return process. To make matters worse, only 187 was credited to my Wayfair account, rather than being returned directly to my original payment method. I should not have to deal with additional restrictions or complications to receive my own money back. This has been a very poor experience with Wayfair’s product quality, return policy, customer service, and overall support. The amount of time, effort, inconvenience, and money I lost simply trying to return a poor-quality product is unacceptable. After this experience, I have no intention of purchasing from Wayfair again. I strongly recommend that Wayfair review its return process and customer support policies so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

Purchased for my teenage son’s room so his friend has a place to sleep when they stay over. It is a bit shorter than I anticipated but given that it folds out, the design makes sense. The directions are not great. The cushions ate not labeled so you have to think through it to see where each cushion goes. Took me maybe 30 minutes to put together. But seems like a good product.

The couch is so low to the ground. The bottom cushion is very flimsy and the back supporting cushion is too tough the arm rests feel like cardboard wrapped in cloth. Instructions to assemble are not good and made it difficult. I do not recommend this couch.

It's an ok couch but very low to the floor. Had to buy 8in couch risers so it would be a decent couch. Not too comfortable.

It was cute but it sat really low.
