We just opened the box and found that we were sent 16 #24 pieces instead of 8 #23 and 8# 24 pieces. These hold the drawers in place. Can someone reach out and help get the 8 #23 pieces sent to me?

We love the bed! Great addition to the new tween room

Structurally well built. Instructional pictures could be a bit bigger and some of the parts didn’t have letter stickers but overall well pleased. Daughter loves lights. It did take us 4 hours, we are older parents. You do need to be able to crawl around on the floor most of the time to assemble it. The new memory foam is just released and is still inflating so it looks weird. We went with the 10” mattress so it should come right up to the bottom of the headboard/side board. The shipper was so fast!! Oh my gosh! Awesome! 3 days and the FedEx driver was amazing! Overall, I’d buy it again.

BEWARE! The bed itself is great. However the QR code on the plug that you scan takes you to a website to download the app for the light on the bed. It says it’s going to charge $1 charge but then once it went through I got a $49.99 charge from a company called Box Bootcamp. I called and they said it was cancelled but that has yet to happen.

The bed itself is great. It is very sturdy and has great features. The instructions are not great. The worst part of the transaction was simply receiving the item. It took 2 shipments to get all the pieces we needed but neither was the complete set that we ordered. It took over a month to receive everything and the process was unnecessarily drawn out by the seller.
