The package arrived damaged, and the overall quality was very disappointing. The assembly instructions were poorly written and difficult to follow. I spent around 6 hours trying to assemble it, only to eventually realize that a part was missing! On top of that, I ordered the product shown in the photos, but the one I received had a different orientation/design from what was advertised. Trying to return it has been another nightmare. I now have to disassemble everything after spending hours putting it together, and trying to fit all the parts back into the packaging is extremely difficult. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Poor quality, missing parts, unclear instructions, and the product does not match the advertised photos. I would not recommend it.. Anonymous. Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. I bought this ages ago for a townhouse in another city and never used it. It looked good. Now it is in my home being used a lot and we are pretty satisfied. Mattress kinda meh but we bought a 2” topper which makes for a comfy nights rest. And it is ok to sit or lie down on. This is exactly as I hoped. From the beginning, it came packed with great care. Every piece was covered carefully. It was easy to assemble because every hole lined up perfectly. It's sturdy and very, very comfortable. The fabric is nice and the color I wanted. If I have one complaint, it's they used paper stickers to cover the screw holes on the back.
