This was pretty easy to setup and put together. I did most of it myself in about 15-20 minutes. The back and armrests were where I needed some help, just because of the bulk. The arms are not thick, but that isnt an issue. The seat cushions are firm, but do soften, which I like. My only negative is the back of the couch does not come up very high, and the back pillows are on the thin side. If the couch was against a wall, this would not be an issue.
