I love these! Solid wood for the most part. They are heavy and sturdy. Best part is they come assembled. However, because handling might not be as appropriate it seems the shelf on the inside came loose and got damaged on one of them. I contacted Wayfair and they sent me a replacement promptly. The shelf peg is screwed into place for two pegs on the shelf when ahipping but it was not enough to keep it in place and prevnt it from damaging the shelf in transit. They close easily, have smooth edges without lip allowing me to put 3 next to each other.

I had to make repairs which included drilling, screwing, gluing and clamping. One magnetic door latch was fastened with only one screw; the other screw was not securing anything. The shelf which was to have been secured had one of its screws ripped out, leaving a split in the shelf edge requiring gluing and clamping. The shelf was loose inside the cabinet and bouncing around having bent one of its retainers. Two of the screws securing the back panel had split the edge of the cabinet inside requiring gluing and clamping.

This is the second one of these that I have purchase. I purchase the matching shelves last time and I would like to buy them again but have been unable to find them.

The unit came assembled which was awesome but there were 3 screws missing out of the back piece which appear to have fallen during shipping. I was able to put them back in but it was a bit surprising

Inside shelf was damaged: pins ripped out of shelf during, yes, shipping. Solid piece though — utilitarian in my office and does the trick.
