We just received our package kinda late night. Opened the box and first piece we saw was damaged. We will contact customer service come morning and further examine the other parts. So today we started to examine and unpacking all the pieces as instructed by customer care. Only found two dented pieces for the inside drawers. Since they could not be seen we decided to move forward with building the cabinet. We hammered out the dents with a rubber malet. All went together okay. Needed two people and lots of space. Very hard to build but we got through it. Disappointed that two pieces were damaged but it made more sense to keep it than trying to return the it. Can't imagine how that would even work out. The metal is light weight and drawers are not as deep in space as I thought. Suitable for small home use but would not recommend this cabinet for heavy business office needed. It was kind of the manufacturer to offer to compensate us for the issues we had. This made us very happy to see both the manufacturer and Wayfair worked together to see we were fine with the decision to keep the product.

Went together very well. Please with the sturdiness of the cabinet.

Delivered on time. Instructions were not very clear. We needed to un-install some parts to get the others to actually fit. We also needed to actually screw holes in part H in order to install upper doors. Glad my husband has all the necessary tools. But, we had to disassemble quite a bit of the unit in order to do that. So, the process was a LOT longer than it should have been. But now that it is finished it should serve the purpose of what we need.
