Its pretty solid. Pneumatics work well in the upward direction but it's a struggle to push the table back down without throwing your entire body weight into it. Tilt leaves something to be desired, not as articulated as one would expect for all of the teeth on the gear it has underneath and doesn't stay locked consistently. it also barely does the job for my 14 Macbook Pro with that tragic plastic bit. It's extremely shallow. If you have a newer computer id look at another product. This is also not wheelchair or office chair friendly as it doesn't lower very far. The wheel locks are a bit difficult to manipulate even with thick soled shoes on. Im not upset I bought it I just also am unsatisfied and will continue to seek out something better that doesnt annoy me so much. Its basically a glorified console table. I also injured my ankle on the base stand just from smacking into it with my leg by mistake. The edges are rather sharp despite being rounded. I dont recommend this if youre clumsy or prone to physical spasms.
