The bookcase arrived in great condition, packaged securely. The instructions fairly well outlined the installation, but could have been better. A video would be nice. The bookcase fits nicely in my office and is very sharp looking and functional.

The filing cabinet was smaller than I expected, and I found it difficult and time-consuming to put together. Once assembled, it works as intended, but I was disappointed with the size and the assembly process.

Assembling the product was a bit hard because of the instructions weren’t clear and time consuming. But the product is good quality and looks.

Wayfair definitely sent us a returned item. Lots of knicks and the ends of all the bars are damaged and the plastic is smushed up. Luckily the damages are not visible one assembled. Otherwise it’s a nice product and was reasonably easy to assemble
