It is a pain in the neck to assemble. You've got to hold the caster with one hand, hold the tier up with the other hand, insert the bolt with the other hand, and rotate the screwdriver with the other hand, while you watch the underside of the operation with one eye and the upper side with the other eye. Attaching the uprights to the bottom tier is relatively easy, but attaching the top tier to the uprights is absolutely impossible: Hold the upper tier with on hand, insert bolt with other hand, attach washer and lock nut and nut to bolt with other hand, screw with other hand, and so on. 2nd gripe: nuts and washers and bolts come in sets -- one bolt, two washers, one lock washer, and one nut assembled together. So, you have to spend about 20% of your time disassembling each set so you can then proceed to reassemble them. 3rd gripe: there is a warning that the product contains nickel and nickel is dangerous. There absolutely must be an explanation, as well as directions for safety measure necessary for protection against the nickel. 4th gripe: there should be instructions that you may have to force-fit the tiers into place by bending the sides in or out.

Nice medium weight cart. Would be excellent as printer cart. Good choice if the dimensions fit your needs. I would purchase again.

The assembly is not that easy. Could be better designed.

Perfect height for my Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, rolls around easy. Goes together very tight, need rubber mallet. Put casters on last
