Had to sand the rough edges of the holes before the four posts would slide in. (Poor finish on the injected molded plastic process.) Then I had to apply a lubricant and carefully use a hammer to get the four posts in. (A little more involved than it should be for something that is supposed to just push together). But at least the casters looked to be large and well constructed. The thick foam pad is nice also, but the top piece is starting to bend after only 1-2 uses. Pros: Nice heavy-duty casters and foam pad. Cons: Top is bending after mininal use with average weight person. But advertises a 400 lb weight limit? Difficult to assemble due to poor fitment of posts and holes.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME ITEM WAS SENT TO REPLACE THE FIRST ORDER THE BROKE. FOAM CUSHION IS TOO BIG TO FIT INSIDE THE SEAT FRAME.
