The frame is wood but the slots are cardboard so not as sturdy as I would have liked. But it was good for the price.

Perfect for small mail sorting needs. Fairly sturdy and unobtrusive in size and appearance.

This product is well-made - it is sturdy without being too heavy, and all the pieces fit with a high degree of precision. I looked at several cheaper units - but didn't want a piece of junk. I paid about 30% more for this unit, and boy am I satisfied!!! It should last for years, and I may buy another one soon.

The product was purchased to accommodate an overflow in our mail room. Although the item is perfect for our needs, we have had several of the shelves break and have had to make our own! I've attempted contact of the manufacturer several times and have left messages to inquire about replacement of product or of the shelving with no response.
