Listing is for a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #KP30 swivel casters with 6" diameter by 2" wide solid polyurethane wheels with side lock brakes and bolt on swivel locks capable of supporting a total weight of 4,800 lbs. (1,200 lbs. per caster).
Features
These Service Caster Series #KP30 Solid Polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 4” Wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8" wheel: 9-1/2" mounting height.
Weight capacity ranges from 700 lbs on the 4” caster, 1000 lbs on the 5”, 1200 lbs on the 6” and 1200 lbs. on the 8”.
Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
