Listing is for a a set of four (4) Service Caster Series #100 casters, two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel casters with top locking brakes, fitted with 8” diameter by 2-1/2” wide black pneumatic rubber wheels. Supports a total weight of 1,200lbs (300lbs per caster).
Features
- Top plate measures at 4" x 4 1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2.625" x 3.625" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on.
- Brake options include top lock brake (TLB), side lock brake (SLB), bolt-on swivel lock (BSL), or combinations of each. The TLB (6, 8, and 10” casters) places a positive locking force against the wheel top, whereas the SLB (12” caster) places the force against the wheel side. The bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) is field installable and converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle via a spring-loaded bolt inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway.
