The holes for the shelves don’t align with the holes in the side panels. I have not been able to get in touch with customer service to return this or for replacement parts.

Amazing little cart. Wanted something that could hold my craft supplies with sturdy wheels. I had a much less substantial cart whose wheels could not handle the weight of all mybstuff my stuff
