This is a really nice table and will get a lot of use at our house. Now that it's assembled. Which was a much bigger headache than it should have been. If you aren't familiar with how things go together and/or don't have a second person to help, AND don't have a well-stocked toolbox of your own, think hard about getting this. I've put together a lot of furniture, some much more difficult than this. This is heavy (a good thing), the holes line up (also good), and assembly itself should have taken no more than an hour, tops, even doing it by myself. Instead, it took all day. Instructions were sketchy and didn't make sense. The online video was not only unhelpful, but showed the lift handle as already installed when they started--which mine was not. This was not mentioned in the "instructions," either. There was no tool that would fit the screw that holds the lift handle in place. Fortunately, I have a full set of metric and imperial Allen wrenches, so was able to find one. The pull-back tilt screw (for lack of a better word) on mine was already installed, but the instructions did show where that should go. At least there was an extra one so if this one dies, I have a replacement. If you leave the wheels off (as I had to for low-clearance furniture), it is *hard* to move around (also a good thing, because stable, but annoying). Despite checking measurements carefully before I ordered, the base will not fit between my chair legs so at least one leg will have to sit on the base. Not the best for balance, though they do warn you to adjust the height of the other three furniture legs if necessary (I have long legs, so mine are already maxed out). The device charger is cleverly designed, but mine was white while the cup holder is black. ??? Also, it has three USB-A ports but nothing for B and C devices. I'm replacing it with something else. I'm pleased with the table for now, but am waiting for other problems to show up as I use it. I hope they don't, but ... If they would fix these relatively minor but time-consuming issues, I'd give it five stars. Too bad they don't get the details right.

Heavy, stable, multiple positions, quick delivery, instantaneous response to a report of shipping damage. Exactly what my other half needs to prevent lowering his chin to his chest to read his phone in his lap. One cervical surgery is enough to persuade the caregiver that we don't want to that again. Decent looking enough for something so industrial in appearance that the caregiver can overcome decorating concerns. We're extremely happy all around with this table.

I’m disappointed that it’s not more stable given how well built it appears. It sags even without any additional weight on it. The USB thing is cheap junk. It doesn’t pop up properly and doesn’t feel like it’ll last so I didn’t even bother installing it. The table top is a little taller than I would have liked. In my recliner I feel like I have to reach up to it and can only use it tilted. I it’s about five inches too tall. Also, there’s a part in the bag for the wheel hardware that’s supposed to go in the threaded hole on the upright part to allow you to lock it in place. This part is never mentioned in the instructions and we only realized what it was for after assembling the whole thing. As many people have pointed out, the holes in the base don’t line up with the threaded holes in the upright. Lastly, the part for the tiny mechanism uses a plastic pin to hold the tilt. I suspect this is going to break at some point. Good ideas, poor manufacturing quality and cheap plastic components that are sure to break. I can see why they’re having to sell these at a discount.

I live in a cottage and must use every square inch as efficiently as possible. This laptop table allows me to set up an workstation from my recliner. Works like a charm!
